Training / SetUp

4 hour Training Package (based on telephone time) with one person designated by the company as the “Designated Operator” who would be responsible for the maintenance of the program / system, and would be responsible for training others at various workstations.  The Designated Operator will be conversant using Windows, and be knowledgeable with the paper-flow of your operations.  Our training is telephone and/or PC-Anywhere remote controlled based; we will also do the initial training in your offices provided travel expenses are covered.

Supplemental Training

Further telephone support is available at $ 50.00/ hour based on ½ hour per call.  We will also provide additional training for the Designated Operator, training of more operators, or the training of staff at secondary sites at the rate of $500.00/diem plus expenses.

System Adjustments

We are open to customizing our software for your specific needs.  We provide timely and streamlined implementation of solutions designed to fit your unique needs.  Our programming rates are $ 65.00/hour and we will quote on any well delineated changes requested.
 

Recommended Utilities

A connection to the Internet and the installation of Symantec PC-Anywhere remote software would facilitate any required communications between our offices.
