Work Order(s) - Work Orders are a main document for the recording of costs and providing history on a unit's lifetime.
- In-house or externally generated work orders are easily handled.
- All newly created work orders will be loaded with maintenance and warranty programs attached to the equipment for your clear understanding of equipment maintenance / service history.
- Current work pending, wherever noted on the system, will be included in all newly created work orders.
- Part(s) (inventoried and / or non-inventoried) and Labour Activity entry is fast, sensible and easy-to-use.
Reporting- The Maintenance Tracker's reporting facilities provides you with easy to read and effective history and costing reports on your equipment.
- Work Orders may be printed in a variety of formats including a mechanic's worksheet format and as an invoice for chargeable work done.Keyword Search(s)
- Keyword searching of instructions, mechanic's comments, part and labour entry comments allow for easy, fast and efficient access of historical data.

Work Orders - Main
Meter readings, a major component of The Maintenance Tracker, are
required for the entry of
work order information.
There is no limit on number of meters a piece of equipment may have.
Pre work instructions and post-work comments are
provided on the unit main screen for ease and facilitation of work order
understanding.
Work Orders - Instructions
Prior to printing a pre-work copy of the work order;
insert any instructions required which can later be keyword searched.
Work Orders - Parts & Labour
Parts entry (inventoried or non-inventoried) are easy to enter and allow for a
"failure" reason.
Labour entries are base on a << HH:mm >> format and allows for descriptive comment.
Parts comments and
mechanics' work described can later be keyword searched.
Work Orders - Fuels & Fluids
Fuels and Fluids are easily recorded on a work order.
Work Orders - Work Pending
Work Pending(s) previous recorded, directly or on Fuel Tickets, will be included
on work orders.
Work Pending(s) may be flagged for "To be Performed" and
"Performed" status.
Work Orders - Maintenance Programs
Any active maintenance programs, along with Alert status, will be
included on work orders.
Work Orders - Warranty Programs
Any active warranty programs, along with Alert status, will be included
on work orders.
Work Orders - Comments
Mechanic's have room for their post work comments which can later
be keyword searched.
